We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused

• Items must be in their original condition

• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at info@woofbooksukltd.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return

We will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, downloadable materials, or personalized items (if offered) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
