2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Accepted payment methods include PayPal and Bank Transfer. 

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Shipping cost is a flat £3.99 for UK deliveries.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Delays may occur due to postal services, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition to qualify for a return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All text, illustrations, characters (including Bert & Betsie), story concepts, and product designs are © 2026 Tammy Vessey / Woof Books UK Ltd.

  • While the original copies were published in Australia, these are the first UK editions, and all UK edition rights and publishing are fully owned by Tammy Vessey.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, adaptation, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Use of Products

  • Products are for personal, educational, or gifting purposes only.

  • Commercial redistribution or resale without written permission is prohibited.

  • Schools, nurseries, and educators may use products in the classroom. For broader licensing or commercial use, please contact us for written permission.

  • While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, we are not responsible for misuse, damage, or loss related to products.
